How do I make a return or exchange?

What should I know before sending the products for online exchange?
All products must be returned in original condition along with any relevant paperwork, accessories, manuals and the original packaging.
Items that have been damaged or defaced will not be eligible for replacements.
We advise you to always use a trackable shipment type when returning goods.
Lavelier does not take any responsibility for replacing goods that have been delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that the cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of delivery. We do not provide return labels for returns. The cost of shipping on return items is at your expense. However, if you choose to return your entire order, we will refund the original shipping cost. Refunds are issued within 2-7 business days after receipt of the return package.

There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned items.

Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 5 – 10 business days from when the order is processed. Expedited orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Lavelier.com offers a flat rate international shipping cost of $45. Orders to U.S. territories including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands are considered international and will be charged the international flat rate for shipping. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from Lavelier.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Lavelier does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
Multiple Shipping Addresses

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard shipping: orders must be placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.
