You’ll learn how it is incredibly beneficial, for not only keeping your skin clean but also getting it prepped and primed for the next steps in your skincare routine. The Lavelier Biology Mousse Cleanser is brimming with ingredients that’ll thoroughly cleanse your skin while keeping your skin feeling deeply hydrated. Let’s learn more!
Lavelier Reviews: Biology Mousse Cleanser – What is it?
The Lavelier Biology Mousse Cleanser was created to cleanse and refresh the feel of your skin. It has a lightweight, mousse-like texture that turns into a rich and lush lather. Watch as makeup, dirt, and excess oil is removed from your skin, revealing a clean and healthy complexion.
What you use to cleanse your skin plays a big role in the effectiveness of the skincare steps you follow up with. Failure to clean your skin in a safe and successful manner can result in the rest of your products not being effective.
Think about it. Would you apply wood cleaner on a piece of wooden furniture that was covered in crumbs and debris? We think not (or at least we hope not)!
Your skin has to be clean in order for any of your products to do what they were designed to do. Without a clean slate, those ingredients won’t be able to penetrate your pores.
Lavelier Reviews: Biology Mousse Cleanser – What’s in it?
Let’s take a look at some of the cutting-edge ingredients in our Biology Mousse Cleanser:
Red Coral Seaweed
The premiere ingredient in the Biology Mousse Cleanser is our Red Coral Seaweed. In case you didn’t know, seaweed is incredibly beneficial for the skin. By incorporating it in your skin regimen can greatly improve the look and feel of your skin, which is why we love using it in our Biology Mousse Cleanser.
By including Red Coral Seaweed in our skin products, we are able to formulate a product that not only cleans the skin but does it with the intention of balancing the feel of the skin. This is instead of leaving it dry and tight like some cleansers tend to do.
We know that one of the biggest complaints of cleansers is them being too harsh. This results in dry skin that then ends up producing extra oil. This makes the skin appear slick and greasy. The Lavelier Biology Mousse Cleanser does an incredible job of giving you that fresh feeling while making sure to keep your skin looking balanced and ready for the next step!
Willow Bark Extract
Next on our ingredient list is Willow Bark Extract and you may already be mildly familiar with it. Willow Bark Extract is used in many skincare products because of its incredible ability to tackle the appearance of both aging skin AND oily skin! So, individuals that have mature skin and adult acne (it happens, we know) will find this cleanser to be a great way to establish a complexion that looks clear and revitalized.
Shea Butter Ethyl Esters
We know, we know…we had you at the “shea butter” and lost you at the “ethyl esters”. Allow us to explain!
Shea Butter is great for maintaining the feel of healthy skin. More specifically, Lavelier loves it for its ability to reduce the visibility of wrinkles.
The “esters” are emollient esters that are derived from Shea Butter. They are not as rich as full-on Shea Butter, so your skin is left feeling soft, smooth, and silky. You won’t experience that heavy, greasy feeling that can sometimes be associated with Shea Butter.
We love incorporating this into the Lavelier Biology Mousse Cleanser because we know the biggest complaint after cleansing is dryness. By including Shea Butter, we prioritize keeping the skin moisturized, in addition to providing a thorough cleanse.
If you can’t get enough of shea butter, you’ll also find it in the Lavelier Seascape Body Butter.
There’s no telling how many different skin care products use Glycerin, and for good reason! Glycerin has a lot of different benefits, but the biggest is its ability to attract and retain water/moisture in the skin. You may be thinking, oh ok, so this must be good only for dry skin, right?
NO! Remember, hydration is for all skin types. It is imperative to keep the visible signs of aging at bay and maintaining an overall healthy-looking complexion.
Lavelier knows this, which is why we make it a point to include this potent ingredient in our cleanser. Upon finishing with our cleanser, you’ll notice your skin feels clean and moisturized, instead of gradually feeling dry and tight.
Lavelier knows that people have to tackle a lot when it comes to skin issues, and starting at the first step of your skin routine can make the process so much easier.
The reason for the inclusion of Argan Oil is because of the wonderful way that plant oils can affect our skin. While many are aware of the various plant oils that are out there, they don’t always know exactly what it is that makes these oils so great!
For our cleanser, Argan Oil aids in a few ways:
- Gives the skin a more elastic look
- Reduces wrinkle visibility
- Leaves skin feeling super-hydrated
Lavelier Reviews: Biology Mousse Cleanser – How to Use
It may be rich and potent, but the Biology Mousse Cleanser is still gentle enough to be used daily. You can even use it twice a day; in the morning and at night.
Wet your face with lukewarm or warm water. You never want to wash your face, hair, or body with extremely hot water. All this does is speed up the aging process and encourage dry skin.
Don’t go to the extreme and use cool or cold water, though. This completely takes away the effect that water at an increased temperature has when cleansing the skin.
You only need a small amount of product to form a lather, giving this cleanser a long life on your bathroom counter. While there are a lot of different products that you can use to wash your face, it’ll probably always be best to use your fingertips.
The reason for this is because you ultimately have more control. Washcloths, scrubbing brushes, and other items can be great for some and can cause irritation for others. Figure out what works for you to be on the safe side.
Massage the cleanser gently into your skin for no more than sixty seconds.
Rinse your skin with lukewarm water and end it with a cool water rinse. You may have heard about this when conditioning your hair, but the effects work for your skin too.
Dry your face with patting motions. Never, ever drag a towel across your skin to get it dry. Follow with our Marine Facial Toner, designed to leave your skin feeling refreshed and balanced. Next, apply the Lavelier Marine Deep Moisturizer, formulated with Green Tea, for skin that looks smoother and firmer.
Still Not Convinced?
So now you know why the Lavelier Biology Mousse Cleanser is a fantastic product to include in your skincare regimen and how easy it is to incorporate it. While we will say that people with normal to dry skin may enjoy this cleanser a little more than others, it can truly be great for all skin types.
More importantly, it is gentle enough to be used everyday. Yet it’s still powerful enough to prove effective in your skincare routine. It’s not everywhere that you can find a cleanser that contains ingredients that have the ability to tackle so many different skin issues.
All in all, your facial routine, from cleanser to SPF, means something. It is imperative that you provide your skin with effective, safe, and skin-loving ingredients that actually help your skin to look and feel better.
Let Lavelier take your skin to the next level with quality products that can bring you a healthier and happier glow, no matter what skin concern you’re trying to tackle.
